Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.  Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing.

Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control (such as weather, holidays, or postal issues).

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide! 🌍

Delivery Time: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on destination.

Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by their country.

Local Pickup

For our local customers, free local pickup is available!

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Pickups are available by appointment.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, SWGFITS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
